As you can see, Eddie brought along a leg injury, which he compared to that of Tom Cruise, who famously halted Mission Impossible filming after leaping from a building and breaking his ankle. He revealed he sprained his ankle after tripping up on a crash mat while filming a ‘hardcore’ stunt.
Talking about his role of the Magizoologist Newt, he told host Graham: “When you get to be in JK Rowling’s world, you suddenly get a wand – you’ve pretty much waited all your life for this moment and you think you are going to be a pro at it, but you really don’t know what to do with it. “So, I actually got a movement coach to help me work out how to use it – whether to do it over the top or minimal – we really studied it.” Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) admits he’d reached a point in his Harry Potter career in which he’d considered leaving the franchise.![]() Yes, it’s true. In the most recent interview of Rupert (Ron Weasley), he has opened up on a moment in which he considered leaving the Harry Potter franchise. In that interview, he revealed that after Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – the fourth of the eight films – he thought about throwing in his wand. “I had just finished my GCSEs,” he told The Independent. “I thought ‘Do I actually want to keep doing this? It’s a bit of a drag.’
He added: “Everything was different and a little bit scary. There were times when I was like ‘I’m done.’” Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) opens up about her eating disorder and tells how the Harry Potter saga helped her overcome the disease.Evanna (Luna Lovegood) and her Dancing With the Stars partner Keo Motsepe are bringing the Harry Potter magic to the ballroom by dancing the Viennese Waltz to the tune of the iconic “Hedwig’s Theme.” Before taking the stage next week, ET’s Katie Krause was with Evanna and Keo at their DWTS rehearsal on Thursday, where Evanna reflected on how the famous franchise helped her with her body issues and overcome an eating disorder.
Adding that getting her Harry Potter role was a “fairy tale,” she however, doesn’t want her story to be sensationalized and for people to think that her mental issues were “cured” just because she got the part.
