Johnny Depp (Gellert Grindelwald) confirmed he will be back as Gellert Grindelwald in Fantastic Beasts 3.
As the title reveals, Johnny Depp (Grindelwald) has just confirmed that he will reprise his villainous role as Gellert Grindelwald in the third instalment of the Fantastic Beasts film series.
As you probably already know (and can’t await!) the second film, The Crimes of Grindelwald, will be released on November 16, but producers are clearly already looking ahead to the next film in J.K. Rowling’s latest wizarding movie series. Johnny confirmed his involvement in the as-yet-untitled third film in a new interview, telling Collider that he and his fellow castmates will begin production on Fantastic Beasts 3 ‘in the middle of next year’. The actor said he relished the challenge of playing a villain in a fictional realm where ‘the possibilities… are wide open, so you can really try anything.’
Warner Bros. released the final poster for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald showing Grindelwald’s (Johnny Depp) while the rest of the cast surrounds him. The poster was released in several languages of which we uploaded the English version to our photo gallery.

As Harry Potter Web has announced (and which was confirmed by Universal) earlier next month, a new “highly themed coaster” was being built in the area that previously housed the Dragon Challenge dual roller coasters. Universal Orlando has finally provided us with a teasing look at the newest attraction by releasing a promotional art work.
It doesn’t have a name yet, but our first look at “the environment” being created for the “new experience” has arrived, and indeed it looks as though this new coaster will be set in the Forbidden Forest. We get a glimpse of Hogwarts in the background (which houses the cornerstone ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey), we see a coaster peeking out from a very dense forest, and we also see various Cornish pixies floating about, hinting at a bit of mayhem in the ride experience.
The attraction is being touted as Universal’s most highly-themed coaster yet, and it’s due to open sometime in 2019 at Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park, in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. The press release says more details about the “magical new adventure” will be revealed in early 2019 so we will hopefully learn more in the next few months. But for now, this piece of promo art is incredibly exciting, so check it out in our photo gallery.

The first sneak peek of Natalia Tena (Nymphadora Tonks) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) in YouTube’s Origing has been released.
“We meet a group of troubled passengers as they wake up on a damaged spaceship abandoned in deep space. Each having left behind a dark past in search of a fresh start on a newly colonized planet, they’re desperate to survive at all costs. But as their terrifying situation spirals into paranoia, they come to realize that the greatest threat to their dream of starting over – and indeed their lives – might actually be within their midst…”
Just a short synopsis for those who didn’t know what the show is going to be about. Origin premieres November 14 on YouTube Premium.
New promotional images of the cast and a brand new production still of Claudia Kim as Nagini have been released and we’re more than glad to share them with you on our photo gallery.
By the way, we do not subscribe to the accusation against J.K. Rowling about the racist note in Fantastic Beasts due to the fact that Nagini is played by an Asian actress. Ridiculous! That’s all we have to say to that.
Royal Mail has officially produced Harry Potter stamps.

Actress Claudia Kim finally breaks the silence about playing Nagini in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
As the final trailer for The Crimes of Grindelwald just revealed, a big name from the Harry Potter books is a major part of the new Fantastic Beasts film. And yes, you’ve read correctly: the name you’re so familiar with is Nagini.
Until now, Warner Bros. hasn’t disclosed the name of the character played by South Korean actress Claudia Kim in the movie. Kim is none other than Nagini, a circus performer with a unique power who years later becomes Lord Voldemort’s trusty killer serpent and Horcrux. Check out the video above where Kim, after keeping this secret for more than a year, is finally allowed to publicly speak her character’s name for the first time.
In the new film, Nagini is a member of the traveling Circus Arcanus where she puts on a very convincing transformation act for muggles.
Kim says Nagini is far from the villain one might expect from a character who, after all, eventually kills Severus Snape. “It will be so interesting to see another side of Nagini,” Kim tells EW. “You’ve only seen her as a Horcrux. In this, she’s a wonderful and vulnerable woman who wants to live. She wants to stay a human being and I think that’s a wonderful contrast to the character.”
Dancing with the Stars has just premiered with its 27th season and Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) dances the Foxtrot in the first show.
So, Dancing with the Stars has officially premiered with its 27th season yesterday, September 24, which also features our beloved Evanna Lynch, who portrayed Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter series. She performed a foxtrot with her partner Keo Motsepe and they earned a score of 18 out of 30 points. They appropriately danced to the song “Do You Believe in Magic” by Aly & Aj and the judges couldn’t help but throw in more references to magic.

Author J.K. Rowling confirmed the theory about Hermione pronouncing her name in the fourth book to prevent her readers from continuing to mispronounce it.
“It’s LeviOsa, not LeviosAR!” – Hermione Granger’s character is well known for correcting a pronunciation or two, such as one of her most iconic moments where she schooled Ron Weasley on the levitation spell. It was not only characters in the books that mispronounced spells or even names, but also fans and readers of the book series. Many readers were saying Hermione all sorts of ways before the fourth book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was released and J.K. Rowling included a passage about the correct pronunciation. It looks like J.K. Rowling has a bit of Hermione in her, as the author just confirmed that she added it in to avoid any more confusion for readers.
A tweet from a fan brought up a long-time theory regarding a passage in the fourth book where Viktor Krum kept pronouncing her name as Her-my-own. The heroine corrected him and fans everywhere, by announcing it as Her-my-oh-nee slowly and clearly.
J.K. Rowling responded to the fan’s tweet, confirming that her intentions here were to school readers on how to say her name above anything else.
