- Today, August 24, we want to wish a very happy 31st birthday to Rupert Grint. He was cast as Ron Weasley at the age of 11, without having much acting experience before. Ever since then, he starred in all eight Harry Potter movies until 2011 and we're more than happy about this and would like to thank Rupert for bringing smiles and laughter to us by portraying Ron so perfectly.

Gary Oldman attends the 76th Venice Film Festival to promote his movie “The Laundromat”.

Today, September 01, Gary Oldman (Sirius Black) arrived at the 76th Venice Film Festival in Italy to promote his latest movie project The Laundromat.

Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the Netflix movie takes a blackly comic look at the investigation into the Panama Papers, a trove of documents that were leaked to journalists in 2016 and that revealed global schemes set up by a Panamanian law firm to help companies and rich clients around the world avoid billions of dollars in taxes. Meryl Streep plays a middle-class woman who is cheated of money she’s owed and starts asking uncomfortable questions. Gary Oldman and Antonio Banderas portrayas founders of the law firm at the center of the story.

Gary said that “The Laundromat” was well-served by being a Netflix title, because the streaming giant’s global footprint would help the film and its underlying message reach a worldwide audience. “If you’ve got something this serious, you want to get that out to as many people” as possible, he said.

On November 01, the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald cast visited Parkside Elementary School in Alabama.

Yesterday, November 01, a few members of the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald cast attended Parkside Elementary School in Baileyton, Alabama to celebrate the Wizarding World with the students. The cast also gave interviews and among the guests were Eddie Redmayne (Newt Scamander), Jude Law (Albus Dumbledore), Ezra Miller (Credence Barebone) and Zoë Kravitz (Leta Lestrange).

Actor Eddie Redmayne (Newt Scamander) and Jude Law (Albus Dumbledore) appeared on the Graham Norton Show.

Eddie Redmayne (Newt Scamander) and co-star Jude Law (Albums Dumbledore) appeared on the Graham Norton Show to chat about their Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald film. As you can see, Eddie brought along a leg injury, which he compared to that of Tom Cruise, who famously halted Mission Impossible filming after leaping from a building and breaking his ankle. He revealed he sprained his ankle after tripping up on a crash mat while filming a ‘hardcore’ stunt.

“Well, I was on set of a quite hard core ‘stunty’ thing about two people in a hot air balloon and they had this crash mat beneath the balloon in case you fell out. I walked on to the crash mat, tripped on it and fell and sprained my ankle.”

“Now I look like RoboCop – they told me I had to wear it and I am being obedient.”

Talking about his role of the Magizoologist Newt, he told host Graham: “When you get to be in JK Rowling’s world, you suddenly get a wand – you’ve pretty much waited all your life for this moment and you think you are going to be a pro at it, but you really don’t know what to do with it.

“So, I actually got a movement coach to help me work out how to use it – whether to do it over the top or minimal – we really studied it.”

Emma Watson was seen on set of Little Women on October 07, 2018.

As the title says, Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) was spotted filming scenes for her upcoming movie project Little Women in Boston on October 07, in which she’s playing Meg March.

The movie is an adaption of Louisa May Alcott’s seminal novel, which turned 150 earlier this year. In order to capture the authentic feeling of 1868 Boston, filmmakers laid down a layer of dirt on a portion of Dartmouth Street near where it intersects Marlborough Street.

Alongside Emma, Little Women is set to star actress Meryl Streep, Timothee Chalamet, Laura Dern, and Saoirse Ronan, and will be directed by Greta Gerwig. The film is scheduled to shoot from October through December in Boston, Concord, Ipswich, Lawrence, and the Lexington/Burlington area, and is slated to hit theaters December 25, 2019.
